Do you build public Shopify apps (listed in the App Store)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We've built and submitted apps through the Shopify Partner programme and understand the review requirements. For most clients, though, a private or custom app is the better fit — faster to ship, no App Store overhead, and built exactly for your use case.

Can you integrate with our ERP?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the ERP. NetSuite, Sage, Brightpearl, and Cin7 we've done. If it has an API, we can usually integrate. The tricky part is rarely the integration itself — it's agreeing on the data model, handling edge cases, and making the sync reliable at scale. That's where experience matters.

How do you handle reliability for critical integrations?

Accepted Answer

Event queuing, idempotent handlers, retry logic, and alerting for failed syncs. We design integrations to fail gracefully — meaning a third-party outage doesn't break your store, just pauses the sync. We're opinionated about this; brittle integrations cost more than they save.

What's a realistic timeline for a custom integration?

Accepted Answer

Simple integrations (read/write to a single endpoint, no complex data mapping) can be done in a week or two. Complex multi-directional syncs with custom logic tend to take 4–8 weeks to do properly — including the testing and edge-case handling that makes them reliable in production.
